Expanding its efforts to continuously provide excellent services, UCPB General Insurance Company, Inc. (COCOGEN) Customer Service Center hotline was made available day and night.

The public, including COCOGEN clients and business partners, can now call the hotline and inquire about products and services, and request a follow-up on the status of their policy and claim anytime.

The hotline is available even after the regular weekday office hours, during weekends and even holidays.

The Customer Service Center number was also updated to (02) 8-830-6000 following National Telecommunications Commission Memorandum Circular on the migration of 7-digit telephone services within the local exchange area "02" to 8-digit telephone numbers.
