    Job Description:
    To contribute to the growth and profitability of the Company by:
    1. Developing and expanding business relationships through the delivery of committed services to assigned brokers and accounts;
    2. Soliciting accounts and generating premiums from assigned brokers and accounts

    Requirements:
    1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business, Marketing, and/or related fields
    2. Preferably 2 – 3 Yrs relevant working experience
    3. Background in underwriting and Insurance industry is an advantage

  • Account Servicer - Direct Link

    Department: Direct Link, Sucat
    Job Description:
    1. Responsible for contacting existing or potential clients seeking to purchase Motor and Property insurance.
    2. Responsible for handling the Corporate Accounts in underwriting of risks for Motor and Property, preparation of quotations, issuance of policies/endorsements, monitors prompt delivery of policies as well as collection of payment, prepares reports, and portfolio analysis.

    Requirements:
    1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Marketing or equivalent.
    2. Entry Level specialized in Sales – Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.
    3. Must be willing to work in Sucat, Parañaque City, Willing to work on project-based employment

  • Admin Services Assistant

    Department: Human Resource and Administrative Services (HRAS)
    Job Description:
    Facilities Management
    1. Receives and attends to request for repairs of fixtures and lightings to Building Maintenance.
    2. Negotiates for best terms and conditions of repairs and come up with recommendations to immediate superior.
    3. Evaluates and recommend repairs and replacements of irreparable parts and assets of the company

    Transportation
    1. Schedules and monitors itineraries, repairs and maintenance expenses of staff cars
    2. Coordinates with insurance company regarding claims involving company vehicles
    3. Schedule car registration
    4. Coordinate driver’s assignment
    5. Request and provide Shell fleet card for all company cars.
    6. Accomplishes Purchase Order Form; follows-up delivery of motorcar and ensures that delivered items meet the company specifications.
    7. Receives and reviews the billing statements on insurance coverages of the company for motorcar and repairs and annual maintenance of company cars.
    8. Coordinates repairs and maintenance of company vehicle to the respective repair shop, evaluates parts to be replaced and submits recommendations to superior for approval.

    Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FFE)
    1. Update asset materlist per employee, ensures that all items are recorded in the masterlist with corresponding cost, asset code, date of acquisition, accurate description. Check accountabilities of employees due for resignation by inspection assigned assets.
    2. Receives and reviews billing statements of repairs of office equipment, furniture and fixtures.
    3. Receives and attends to request for repairs of company equipment and furniture and contacts repair centers/shops concerned for immediate servicing; evaluates and recommends replacement of unrepairable or old assets if repair is not economically reasonable.
    4. Monitor and ensures that all equipment/furniture repairs are properly executed by concerned repair center/shop.

    Requirements:
    1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Adminisration, Office Management, Engineering, and.or related fields
    2. Related experience is an advantage but not required, open to fresh graduates
    3. Must be willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig

    10. Understanding consumer profile, demographics, and motivations

  • Underwriting Associate

    Department: Bonds
    Job Description:
    1. Responsible for attending and evaluating all inquiries through phone or walk-in clients, underwrites bond applications, finalizes all information on Bond Approval Sheet (BAS), monitors status of BAS.
    2. Responsible of updating company profile, financial statements and board resolution, gives assistance to Collection for payments of bonds, updates and monitor collateral posted by Principal.
    3. Signs endorsements and bond within the limit of authority

    Requirements:
    1. At least a Bachelor’s Degree holder – Preferably in Civil Engineering
    2. Civil Engineering Licensure Passer/Non-Passer
    3. Related work experience is an advantage
    4. Must be willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City

  • Paralegal / Legal Associate

    Department: Legal
    Job Description:
    1. Responsible for review of endorsed claim recovery files under small claims to ensure that claim against the erring party is strong. Recommends closing for cases that are not practical to pursue.
    2. Sends final demand letters to erring third parties and insurance companies and monitors its progress.
    3. Collates all relevant documents as exhibits and ensures that all the details of every document are clear and with complete details.
    4. Prepares the Complaint and collates all necessary annexes in preparation for the filing of a complaint. Arranges the exhibits with proper markings and prints the Special Power of Attorney. Submits the final copy for notarization.
    5. Maintains an efficient monitoring system and prepares a monthly report.

    Requirements:
    1. Must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree with major course work in law, Post-Graduate Law Studies
    2. Open to Bar Exam takers
    3. Related work experience is an advantage
    4. Must have effective communication and analytical skills.
