    Job Description:

    Financial Accounting
    • Responsible in monthly preparation and analysis on Gross Premium Written report, prepares and analyzes report for underwriting expense, cash flow statement;
    • Prepares and analyzes the schedule for general and operating expenses report corporate and per branch, provides data for cost effectiveness and rating;
    • Assists in preparation of general and operating expense budget and allocation, prepares VAT and Income Tax returns within specific deadlines;

    Job Description:

    • Receives claims advice and advises claimant/s or required documents and claims procedures.
    • Registers new claim.
    • Ensures the equitable distribution of newly registered claims to Multilines (ML) and Motor Car (MC) Processors, and immediately forwards to the concerned Processor the additional claim documents received.
    • Assists in the post auditing of claims settled by the Extension Offices to ensure that all settlements are in accord with the insurance policy conditions and ISO claims procedures. Reports noted deviation to the Head for its immediate rectification.
