    Department: Technical Services

    Job Description:

    • Performs routine clerical and administrative functions for the Technical Services Group and Group Head;
    • Composes, types, and distributes meeting notes, routine correspondence, or reports, such as presentations or expense, statistical, or monthly reports.
    • Acts as the Technical Services Group’s coordinator by taking down minutes of meeting and distributing copies to all concerned;

    Job Description:

    • Responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating and controlling the activities of the branch.
    • Responsible for marketing the Company’s products and services through agency/broker (intermediary) development within its territorial jurisdiction.
    • Responsible for developing and servicing the insurance needs of intermediaries, recruitment of new intermediaries, execution and implementation of marketing strategies and promotional activities related to the assigned market segment to enable the branch to achieve its marketing goal.

    Qualifications:

    • Processing, evaluating, approving and preparing / issuing settlement checks for compensable claims within the authority given.
    • Conducting inspections of damaged items when necessary and prepares timely recommendation / report for management.
    • In-charge of the on-the-spot cash settlement on petty motor car claims.

    Department: Claims Department, Admin and Recovery Section
    Type: Regular
    Job Description:

    • Receives claims advice and advises claimant/s or required documents and claims procedures.
    • Registers new claim.
    • Ensures the equitable distribution of newly registered claims to Multilines (ML) and Motor Car (MC) Processors, and immediately forwards to the concerned Processor the additional claim documents received.
    • Assists in the post auditing of claims settled by the Extension Offices to ensure that all settlements are in accord with the insurance policy conditions and ISO claims procedures. Reports noted deviation to the Head for its immediate rectification.
