  • Branch Manager (Tacloban)

    Department: Visayas-Mindanao Operations
    Type: Regular
    Job Description:

    • Responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating and controlling the activities of the branch.
    • Responsible for marketing the Company’s products and services through agency/broker (intermediary) development within its territorial jurisdiction.
    • Responsible for developing and servicing the insurance needs of intermediaries, recruitment of new intermediaries, execution and implementation of marketing strategies and promotional activities related to the assigned market segment to enable the branch to achieve its marketing goal.

    • Must at least be a Bachelor’s Degree Holder in Business Management, Marketing, and/or other related field
    • At least 3-4 years of related non-life insurance marketing with management and budget administration experience
    • Must have effective communication, analytical, and decision-making skills

  • Branch Service Assistant/Associate

    Department: Branches (Angeles, Baguio, Balanga (Bataan), Imus (Cavite), GenSan, Sta. Rosa, Tacloban)

    Job Description:

    Perform tasks that contribute to the Branch’s growth and profitability, such as, but not limited to:
    • Customer service
    • Policy issuance
    • Cash management
    • Collection or claims inspection and processing

    • Bachelor’s Degree Holder – Preferably in Business, Marketing, and/or other related courses
    • Background in Non-Life Insurance, relevant experience is an advantage but not required
    • Must be willing to be trained

  • Department Secretary

    Department: Finance

    Job Description:

    • Takes and transcribes dictations from immediate superior.
    • Drafts, types and files reports, memos, quotation letters, agreements and other correspondences;
    • Types request for payment, cash, disbursement vouchers and liquidation of cash advances;
    • Records / dispatches incoming / outgoing correspondences;
    • Places, receives and screens phone calls for the immediate superior;
    • Arranges and schedules appointments for the immediate superior;
    • Entertains visitors and attends to their inquiries;
    • Requests for office supplies;
    • Attends to travel requirements of immediate superior;
    • Requests for repair of office furniture, fixtures and equipment;
    • Safeguards confidentiality of documents

    • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Secretarial or equivalent.
    • With experience in the related field is an advantage for this position.

  • Internal Auditor

    Department: Internal Audit

    Job Description:

    Responsible for performing professional internal auditing work:
    • Conducts performance, operational, financial, IT and compliance audit projects.
    o Provides consulting services to the organization’s management and staff.
    o Provides input to development of the risk-based annual internal audit plan.
    • Maintains all organizational and professional ethical standards.
    • Completes all internal audit activities work in compliance with IIA’s (ISPPIA).
    • Works under limited supervision with moderate latitude for initiative and independent judgment.

    • Bachelor’s Degree Holder – Preferably in business administration, or related field, or a second professional certification in a related area such as IT auditing, internal auditing, fraud auditing, or accounting.
    • CISA or CPA
    • Related experience is an advantage
    • Must be willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City

  • Legal Associate

    Department: Legal Services
    Type: Regular
    Job Description:

    • Responsible for review of endorsed claim recovery files under small claims to ensure that claim against the erring party is strong. Recommends closing for cases that are not practical to pursue.
    • Sends final demand letters to erring third parties and insurance companies and monitors its progress.
    • Collates all relevant documents as exhibits and ensures that all the details of every document are clear and with complete details.
    • Prepares the Complaint and collates all necessary annexes in preparation for the filing of a complaint. Arranges the exhibits with proper markings and prints the Special Power of Attorney. Submits the final copy for notarization.
    • Maintains an efficient monitoring system and prepares a monthly report.

    • Must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree with major course work in law, Post-Graduate Law Studies
    • Open to Bar Exam takers
    • Related work experience is an advantage
    • Must have effective communication and analytical skills.

  • Marketing Associate

    • Responsible for strategic thinking, management and execution of marketing initiatives for current portfolio and enhancement
    • Responsible for conceptualization and launch under new product development

    *Media and Communication
    • Responsible for strategy and management of campaigns, online content, advertising and promotions
    • Test and learn media model
    • Initiates communication within and outside of team as project lead for current and new products to drive project forward

    *Consumer and Market Understanding
    • Translates brand personality into consumer language
    • Understanding consumer profile, demographics and motivations
    • Day to day management, including planning and coordination and logistics of marketing related aspects (events logistics, publicity, including public relations, advertising and collateral material design, production and distribution)
    • Liaises with different event suppliers and media partners
    • Develop and maintain event suppliers and contractors database
    • Perform other work-related functions as deemed necessary by Marketing Communications Head

    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent
    • Has to be proficient in MS Office programs
    • Knowledgeable in PhotoShop and other creative/design programs
    • Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Area
    • Related experience is an advantage but not required, open to Fresh Graduates
    • Results-oriented
    • Has aptitude for creative thinking
    • Willing to learn and quick to adapt
    • Detail-oriented

  • Sales Associate

    Department: Branches (Cebu, Iloilo, Makati)
    Type: Regular
    Job Description:

    Contribute to the growth and profitability of the company by:
    • Gaining business from new and inactive brokers
    • Assisting in the development of inactive but potential brokers
    • Collecting unpaid premiums from brokers
    • Assisting brokers on claims follow-up or update
    • Perform other duties as may be assigned by immediate superior.

    • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.
    • With above average verbal and written communication skills
    • With background in Sales or must have a Sales Personality
    • Background in handling insurance is an advantage

  • Underwriting Associate

    Department: Bond
    Type: Regular
    Job Description:

    • Responsible for attending and evaluating all inquiries through phone or walk-in clients, underwrites bond applications, finalizes all information on Bond Approval Sheet (BAS), monitors status of BAS.
    • Responsible of updating company profile, financial statements and board resolution, gives assistance to Collection for payments of bonds, updates and monitor collateral posted by Principal.
    • Signs endorsements and bond within the limit of authority

    • At least a Bachelor’s Degree holder – Preferably in Business, Finance, Marketing, and/or related Fields

    Job Description:

    • The job holder is responsible for reviewing individual applications for the specific insurance line being handled (Miscellaneous Casualty) to evaluate the degree of risk involved and determine acceptance of applications in line with the Company’s targets and objectives.
