Services offered:

1. Emergency Towing Assistance - Towing Services due to mechanical breakdown or accident.
   • Php2,000 per event
   • Maximum of 3 for mechanical breakdown
     
     
2. Minor On-Site Repair Assistance - A mechanic will be present to do repairs in case of machinery breakdown and accident
   • Php1,000 per event
     
     
3. Vehicle Removal - Towing or any other assistance in case the vehicle falls into a ravine
   • Php4,000 per event
     
     
4. Alternative Travel Assistance - An alternative transport for the user to his home/destination if the vehicle is non-repairable within 4 hours
   • Php1,000 per event
     
     
5. Hotel Accommodation Assistance - Accommodation at the nearest hotel if the vehicle is non-repairable within 24 hours
   • Php4,000 per event up to 2 consecutive nights
     
     
6. Emergency Message Assistance - Informing members of the family regarding the event
   
   
7. Referral Assistance - Provision of location and contact information of nearest hospitals and accredited shops in the event of an accident or mechanical breakdown
   • Assistance in arranging an ambulance for hospital admission, if the insured is injured in a car accident
