Business Insurance Package
Section I. Property Damage
Protects the entrepreneur’s property against Fire, Lightning, Earthquake, Typhoon, and Flood. Extended Coverage, Riot, Strike, and Malicious Damage, Broad Water Damage, Bursting and/or Overflowing of Water Tanks, Apparatus and Pipes.
Provides cover for Debris Removal, Professional Fees, and Fire Fighting Expense at 5% of the SI for the Building & Contents (combined single limit and annual aggregate).
Section II. Business Interruption
Covers loss of gross profit due to reduction in turnover and/or extra expense and/or increased cost of working as a consequence of loss or damage following Section 1.
Section III. Public Liability
Provides coverage for third party liability resulting to bodily injury and/or damage caused by the insured. Includes food and drink poisoning for restaurants.
Section IV. Personal Accident
Provides coverage for each person (max of 4 persons) in case of an accidental loss to the person or his physical well-being that is caused by violent, visible, accidental and external means.
Section V. Money, Securities, and Payroll
Provides cover for loss of money, securities, and payroll inside premises (Burglary & Robbery) or outside premises (no transit by foot or public conveyance).
Section VI. Fidelity Guarantee Cover
Provides cover for loss of money and other property through fraudulent or dishonest acts committed by named employee (maximum of 5), acting alone or in collusion with others.
Section VII. Electronic Equipment Insurance
A benefit specially designed to insure all types of electronic equipment against sudden and unforeseen loses or damages caused by human beings, fire, water, natural catastrophes and technology.
