Insured Person
Any individual between the ages of 18 to 60 who is not engaged in any manual work may be covered. Examples are professionals, executives, businessmen, managers and teachers. Individuals with similar occupations or professions may also be insured.
Family members with the following qualifications:
Legal spouse between the ages of 18 to 60 at the time of coverage.
Dependent children between the ages of 5 to 21 provided they are unmarried or unemployed.

Accidental Death 100%
Permanent Total Disablement from gainful employment of any kind. 100%
Temporary Disability from engaging or attending to usual employment or occupation (weekly benefit equal to 1% of the sum insured for a period not exceeding 104 weeks)
Medical Expenses Due to Accident reimburses actual amount paid for the injury up to limit specified in the schedule.
Permanent Partial Disability pays the insured a percentage of the principal amount covered based on the following schedule:
Loss of two or more limbs or both eyes 100%
Loss of one limb or one eye 70%
Loss of hearing
both ears 70%
one ear 35%
Loss of speech 50%
Loss of thumb 30%
Loss of index finger 15%
Loss of middle finger 10%
Loss of ring or little finger 5%
Loss of big toe 10%
Loss of each other toe 2%
Coverage for your spouse and children shall be equivalent to 50% and 10%, respectively, of your insured amount.
